I can't save or apply or click help, or upload new extensions or anything.
I have been stuck with this problem for about 12 hours now and could cry . I've read every post on the internet and followed what they say to the letter.

I have made a complete uninstall and complete reinstall of the very very latest joomla 1.5.15.

I don't use any of my own files, they are all sample pages yet I still can't save, apply or anything. I've tried in Chrome, IE, Safari and Firefox, I've disabled WYSIWYG.

I've attached a screen dump for anyone who can please please help. The red arrows point to the buttons that don't work, the green arrows to the ones that do...
