Hi
i have been running Joomla on my website for over a year, and have updated frequently.
This time i am having some troubles though!
I did this (like i normally do):
a) Downloading the 'patch-package' - Joomla_1.5.10_to_1.5.15-Stable-Patch_Package.zip.
b) Uzipping the package in local folder
c) uploading and overwriting the server-folder containing Joomla - using Filezilla.
The administrator part seems to work - but some things like saving a new article is not possible.
The worst is the 'productive' web-site, the frontpage is fine, but all other pages start with many pages of this message:
Warning: cannot yet handle MBCS in html_entity_decode()! in /home/a/s/sv_astroqcamdk/Joomla158/libraries/joomla/application/pathway.php on line 209
If you want, you can check it out on http://www.astroqcam.dk.
I did make a backup before installing - using JoomlaPack. But if i try to restore, i get the following message:
Not Found
The requested URL /Joomla158/administrator/kickstart.php was not found on this server.
So i guess that restore is not an option.
Can someone please help me get this site back in business????!!! Please
Best regards
Henrik Hansen

With the kickstart.php, you did unzip localy then upload it and its associated language file to the same folder as the sitexxx.jpa file ?
With the current site it appears that the index.php file in your in your root directory is using a Frames redirect.
Which folder is your Joomla in Root or /Joomla158 ? Answer that and I can tell you how to rectify the problem.

Either there is an index file missing in /Joomla158 or something else is missing.<html><head><title>astroqcam.dk</title>

Thank you for the quick answer!!!
Question 1 - i unzipped all files (and folders) to a directory, and uploaded this directory to the joomla158/ directory on the server - does this answer your question?
Question 2 - The Joomla is in /joomla158 directory.
Best regards
Henrik

Re: Error when upgrading from 1.5.10 to 1.5.15
I asked one question and got two answers.
Looks like the servers php version is too old http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?p=1939743
Either get your Host to upgrade or change Host is my advice.
To reinstall your backup
put kickstart, php with the appropriate language file and sitexxx.jpa in the same directory. I see that is done
make sure you have a blank configuration.php CHMOD 777 in the same directory.

Re: Error when upgrading from 1.5.10 to 1.5.15
Hi Webdongle and thanks again.
I ungraded the website to PHP5.2 (actually my provider creates a new site, and i copy all files to the new site) - but i still have the same error.
If you have time, you can look at: http://astroqcam.dk.php52serv3.webhosting.dk

Re: Error when upgrading from 1.5.10 to 1.5.15
For some mysterious reason, the problem is now gone on the PHP5.2 site. And everything seems to work now.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
