menus in administration not working after installation

Hi, I have installed 1.5.21 onto a windows NT server running PHP 4.3.10, using Microsoft-IIS/6.0 .

The install went went, although none of the dummy data was installed.

I can log into the Admin area without problems, but when I am in the admin area, none of the actual menu items work - Site | Menus | Content | Components | Extensions | Tools etc...

I can however click on one of the menu icons in the control panel such as Add New Article, but If I try an add a new article, the Preview | Save | Apply etc... buttons don't work.

Any ideas?

Have you tried to reinstall everything?

I have had a similar issue and after deleting and recreating my database the problem sorted it's self out. However, I was using xampp.
