SQL Syntax error

Hello,

I have noticed this problem from Joomla 1.5.15. Today I updated to Joomla 1.5.20 but I am still getting this error.

This is how I get it. When I log into the admin back end, I go to components and then contacts.
In the contact manger, I click on published x or check box and this error comes up.

Huh....Just curious since it's popping up the UID 62....is the contact linked to a user? if so try unlinking and then unpublishing.

No just a categorie I made.

Hmmm. Can you get it to do it again? As in with another contact that you try to unpublish? (Try creating one if you don't have one). really odd.

I narrowed it down to a plugin called system folder called System - User activity log. I turned this off and no error. But what does the plug in do?
