SOLVED! /includes/framework.php on line 43 ?? error on site

Hi!

I am working on a website using joomla, it's been working perfectly since i made it, however yesterday when i went to the URL it came up with just a blank page, after doing research i enabled the error logging on my site now it comes up with this;

Help would be much appreciated i'm running the latest joomla 1.5

EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED!
I uploaded the Libraries Folder from the joomla install package, the website was then displaying but with errors all over, so i just changed the "Error Reporting" in the Global Configuration under Server to " System Default" and all the error messages went away.

Hi,
I thought it may have been that the libraries folder was missing, so i re uploaded it from the package.

The website now shows up, but there are error messages all over it
