** Joomla 1.5.25 | MS Server 2008 | PHP 5.2.17 **
The following files are "UNWRITEABLE" I am unable to get these to change to "WRITE". I am unable to make any changes in "Global Configuration" or add "Extensions". Log Directory ($log_path) ./logs/
Temp Directory ($tmp_path) ./tmp/
