Hi,

I use justhost as my server and i have a joomla website on another server and when i try to connect my database which is on another server it does give me the error "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL"

I have already added the ip address to the remote mysql.

and according to me i have confirmed all details being correct..
Where could the problem be.

Most web hosting companies are blocking this, due to security issues. You should contact Justhost and ask what their policy says about your situation. I'd a similar situation in the past and the webhost did not want to allow this, no matter what.

but i tried this with some other hosts as well...same problem occurs

I think most of the web hosting companies will block access to databases on their servers from outer websites. I guess the reason behind that is that (MySQL) databases are easy to hack so this will give them some security. I'm afraid you need something like a dedicated server to accomplish what you want.
