Site won't come up. Admin area works. I get the following message. What do I look at, I am new to Joomla.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@cashsaverprogram.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Thanks

How have you moved the Joomla files and the database?

I used the backup & restore in the cPanels. I have done it before but it was the same hosting company to create a test site. This time I have a different hosting company that I am using for the test site. Current production site is PHP 5.2.17 the test site is PHP 5.3.10. I am running Joomla 1.5.20

Thanks

So why post in the 2.5 forums? Joomla is out of date too. Current version is 1.5.26 so suggest you update first and then see what happens when you transfer the files.

Thanks for helping get this where it should be. As I said I am new to joomla. I have not tried to upgrade because all I had was the production site. I didn't want to take a chance on breaking it. That is one reason I am trying to set up the test site.
