Copying joomla files to another server does not work ??

Copying joomla files to another server does not work ??

Hi there.. I installed joomla 1.5 in my previous server that has .com domain and now i am trying to use the same layout for my new .net & .ae domain as well. I am trying to copy the files from the existing server to the new servers. I took back up of the files and i have the sql dump as well. Kindly advise me how can i implement the new site and how to link the sql accordingly. (Note: i do not have the template files now as my web designer has gone out of country and he cannot be contacted now.

Just uploading the files to the new server does not display any informations... Hence i could not connect the sql dump file to upload.. Your guidance is much appreciated !!! Thanks in advance..!

Use Akeeba Backup+Kickstart. That is the easiest option.
