404 - Component not found

hi

can any one assist me with the following
i have Bt Login installed on my Joomla 2.5 but when i have people registering or login out on my Website is keep on getting a 404 - Component not found Error
i have tried installing diffrent components but the error does not go away

please see link for the component that i use

- can you login or register with com_users core ( not use that module)?
- set error_reporting to maximum and check more error

hi

i have set it to Maximum but now if you go to my website it shows Cart empty
