SMF integration

I would like my forum to be integrated into my site exactly like this site...with the forum being the only thing below the header when the forum is selected.

I have the SMF integration package installed and it works fine, but when it's on, it appears only in the middle column of my site. I'd rather have it take up the whole thing.

How would that be done?

I'm also looking to do this same thing with a handful of other PHP and HTML pages...
