I've been using this search and google in general to find out if there is already a solution for this, but I couldn't find anything. Are there already projects in the make or already working to get the customer site of OTRS working within joomla. So customers who logon to the joomla website can use the customer site of OTRS also without loggin on again, this would really be a great solution I think, and I think I'm not the only person looking for this

has anybody tried this tutorials and can share me some experience?

I'm looking for a solution as well... and found a gateway that supposedly works with 1.5

does the above not provide the login functionality you are speaking of?
