How to Migrate from WordPress

Could some one help me in the process of Migrating one of my sites wordpress site to Joomla cleanly.

It has over 150 Posts & built on Genesis Framework

I have no experience in migrating of wordpress to joomla, but I found this in extensions.joomla.org:

This might be a bit late, but another approach instead of migrating is to actually bring WordPress with you, this has means that you your urls don't need to change so you will not lose your google position. All it will be is a matter of installing the integration component and importing your existing WordPress posts to it.

There are a few integration components around to manage this, checkout this directory on the Joomla Extensions site:
