Hi
I have site which is MK portal system and I was wondering if I could Migrate to Joomla?
anyone done it? is there a script or anything for it? pleas let me know if its possible

i think that there are no migration script. The better way is to copy and paste all your contents into joomla ;)

I too would be very interested in this.  At the very least a way to copy over the news content that I have, as I do not want to try and copy/paste three years of news posts.

Does anyone know of any script or method aside from copy/paste?  Doing copy/pastes 400 times seems a bit much.  :P

I migrated from NucleusCMS and there were no scripts as well.

What I did was to export my database using phpmyadmin and use database tools like navicat to manually edit the structures to suit Joomla's

After which, I install Joomla and import the content table over.

I have to manually create sections and catagories and shift my contents to the respective catagories.
