Warning: include_once() errors on pages, need a little help.

I moved this site to a different host and now I am getting these errors on our realestate section of the site. Below is the link to the page that the errors come up on. Any help on getting rid of them is much appreciated. If it is a file to be changed then the name and location will be helpful to. Thank you very much.
