Admin panel

Post by aikiart » Wed Aug 24, 2011 4:28 pm

Good afternoon all,

I've moved a Joomla 1.5 site to another hosting company. Is there a way to get access to the admin panel? When I installed it, I moved the sql database and files and everything is working, however, since it's a Joomla site, i'd like to administer the site, thru the admin panel as much as possible.

The user I'm doing this for does not have password or login credentials from the old site.

Are the credentials for the login to the admin panel stored in the joomla database or are they in a flat file?

All assistance is appreciated.
