Problem when drilling down oafter upgrading 1.5.12 to 1.5.15

After I upgraded from 1.5.12 to 1.5.15 I receive the following error when drilling-down on any article:
Warning: cannot yet handle MBCS in html_entity_decode()! in /home/redwi4/public_html/libraries/joomla/application/pathway.php on line 209

Please help.

What version of php do you use?
