1.5.14 to 1.5.15 error message

After upgrading from 1.5.14 to 1.5.15 in the Global Configuration I am getting the following message;

XML Parsing Error at 12:13. Error 4: not well-formed (invalid token)

Usually caused by a missing or corrupt file. Try uploading the patch files again, check your FTP log to be sure all files are uploaded and that they overwrote the old files.

problem fixed by re-uploading the files.
