Problem: I unzipped the 1.5.14 to 1.5.15 patch and all the directories were 700 permissions.
I didn't notice that, and having gone through all the other incremental upgrades, I never noticed it and never had any problems. I ftp all upgrades in the normal fashion using gftp. The permissions on the servers ended up 700 and all kinds of problems happened with this latest upgrade.

The stable 1.5.15 version also unzips with all directories at 700. Should we change the permissions to 755 prior to ftp upload? Any advice would be highly appreciated.
