1.5.11 to 1.5.15

I want to upgrade from 1.5.11 to 1.5.15.

I installed my first Joomla in May/June and used a 1.5.11 installation package with Norwegian language files.

Now I want to upgrade to 1.5.15, but there is no patch from 1.5.11 to 1.5.15 with Norwegian language file. I have downloaded the "Joomla_1.5.11_to_1.5.15-Stable-Patch_Package". I have read the instructions but I don't know if I have understood correctly what to do. So my question is:

When doing the upgrade, can I simply unzip "Joomla_1.5.11_to_1.5.15-Stable-Patch_Package" on my computer, then use FTP to upload the files to the server (overwrite old files). then install the new language files for 1.5.15?

I would appreciate very much if someone could confirm if I did understand this right or if there is something else I need to.
