Access level problem when Migrating.
I created a joomla site on PHP 5.2.9 and i migrated the site to new server with PHP 5.3.6.
After the update, Main Menu doesnot show up. I tried to edit the module but i was surprise to see that non of the module have "Access Level" list.
This is causing only in PHP 5.3.6.
How to remove this "Access Level" problem.
Can anyone suggest me the solution.

Backup you are migrating and use the backup to migrate the site http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... ackup/1606

Dear Webdongle,
I have already migrated the site. The problem is on "Access Level" that is not listed admin panel and that is causing the hiding of the main menu in the frontend. Please see the attached jpeg for who my admin panel modules look. The "Access Level" has no options at all.

Ask your Host to downgrade your php version to 5.3.1 or the latest 5.2.x version, I believe it is 5.2.17. You didn't say what version of Joomla you are using, if it is 1.0.x then you need php 5.2 as Joomla 1.0 will not work on php 5.3.

Re: Access level problem when Migrating.
Dear dpacadmin,
That didnot helped me either....as my host has two version of php i.e. php 4 and php 5.3.6. Since some of my module need minimum php 5 so i cannot downgrade my site to below php 5 and php 5.3.6 has above mentioned "Access level" issues. Is their any tweak to come out of it.
I am using Joomla 1.5.

Re: Access level problem when Migrating.
Looks like you never exported/imported the database correctly and/or some file(s) got corrupted. You still have the original site ? You didn't delete it before you got the migration correct did you ? Use Akeeba to create a backup to migrate.

Dear Webdongle,
The site behaves normal with "Access level" list when run from Php 4 but some modules in my site cannot be run under php 4. but in PHP 5.3.6 "Access Level" does not have a list but all the modules work perfectly.
