Hi guys. I've inherited a website with a version of Joomla 1.0 installed and want to upgrade it to 1.5. Only problem been the client has no idea where the install files are hosted. Is there any way of upgrading to 1.5?

The nameservers will probably tell you the host. Either that or do a WHOIS on the IP the website resolves to. Find the host and contact them for help getting control panel access.

Enter the site's domain name in one of these search pages and check the "Nameserver" domain, which is usually the Host's domain.
