Help needed with migrating from joomla 1.0.15 to joomla 1.5

I'll be verry thankfull if someone can help me with migration of a site build on joomla 1.0.15 to a newest version of joomla. I need to know how to do it explained step by step.

an here is how to migrate from 1.5 to any other joomla instance http://docs.joomla.org/J2.5:Migrating_f ... Joomla_2.5, I don't know if there's a way to migrate from 1.0 directly to 2.5 o 3.0, I don't have expirience with 1.x joomla instances

I know this article, but it seems to me that there no active migrator for joomla 1.0.x. And the whole thing with migrating to 1.5 and than to a newer version seems pointless to me. So I'm thinking of building a new site and redirecting the old one to the new one. What do you think?

Well, it depends on the size of your current site, if its not too big site, yeah, why not, start new one in joomla 3.x and redirect the old one.
