Hello Joomla Family!

I am using Jooma 1.5.7.

I am unable to click ANY of the main menu buttons in the Administrator:

Menu, Site, Content, Components, Extentions, Tools or Help

I have tried to access the Admin using IE 8 as well as Safari 3.1.2 with the same result - still cannot access Menus.

I am however, able to access the icons on the main Admin Scree.

In IE - when the page loads, in the lower left corner of the IE page, there is a warning triangle that says Done, but with errors on the page.

This is the Error Log:

Additionally, I thought upgrading to 1.5.14 would potentially resolve this issue, however, being unable to access the Menu Buttons, means I cannot initiate the auto upload/upgrade tool(s).

Please let me know if you have any suggestion for resolving this issue.

Thanks Much

Hello All,

I solved my own problem.

The Media Folder Joomla Root\Media was hosed.

I uploaded a full version of Joomla (1.5.14) (zipped) onto my server, extracted the files there, and then copied the media folder from there. That solved it all.

No problems I can see of right now. All the Menu items are working as expected.

Additionally, what I found by searching on this problem, was something got whacked and/or or missing in the FTP uploads of this folder. I was using FileZilla.

So, Problem Solved!

Nicole

Thank you so much Nicole! I moved my site today and had the same problem. I have been searching the forum and other places all day to try to find a solution to this problem and figure out which files were corrupt but there wasn't an answer anywhere! I am so glad that you followed up here with the solution. Thanks!!!

Hi
I think i found the issue
If I write http://localhost/administrator/index.php it works ok
If I write http://localhost/Administrator/index.php doesn't work. Case sensitive problem?
