Fatal error: Class 'JCrypt' not found in [...]/libraries/joomla/user/helper.php on line 320


I am getting this error when I try to change the Path to Image Folder in Global Configurations > System > Media Settings.

Is this a permission/ownership error caused by the ownership on the hosting server OR is it an error introduced by an incomplete upgrade?

I upgraded this site from 1.5.23 to 1.5.26 recently using J!Update and I did get a warning saying 'Cannot unzip file' or similar.

However, the application showed that the site was upgraded and the version number changed on the admin banner.

I can create content types & etc without any problem.

I would be grateful for any help.

Looks like the upgrade didn't go through fully.

I manually upgraded via FTP and everything is OK.
