How to add a page with PHP script on a Specific Menu?

Hi,

I am new to Joomla. I created a page (html and php) on local machine and tested it with WAMP. It is working, now I need to put this page onto Joomla but I have no idea how to do it. I have access to administator management and also the source codes.

Can anyone guide me to put the page on Joomla and display?

By the way, there are already some pages etc on Joomla and it is working but the problem is the joomla guy left the company.
