Template and content not showing in IE8

Hi,

I am new to this forum.
I am working on my companies website, which for some reason wont display correctly in IE8.
Even though the source code is all there!
Works perfect in FF and Safari.

Can anyone give me some advice?

probably the css file needs more details
specifically the height of the div

Thanks for the reply.
I tried to change the div height but no look it just increases the white space.

On the home page it displays some modules but if you click on another page all you can see is the header.

Do you try using divs height in "auto"? this expand vertically any div

Hi,

Tried auto height in the div but no look.

I started turning of modules to see if one of them was the culprit.
And discovered that it was the flash in the header but i'm not sure why.

Got it!

Joomla had added an ie fix into the flash but had also added an extra </object>

So I re-wrote the module to include the fix but with just 1 </object>
