How to switch of user registration???

Hi,
I have got a simple question, but I don't konw how to solve it. How do I switch off User registration in Joomla 1.5?

Go to the Global Configuration, click on the tab System, in the section "User Settings", for the parameter "Allow User Registration" choose the value No.
