Hi,

Very new to joomla and having trouble uploading images.
Not a complete idiot when it comes to CMS but very much a novice with joomla, more familiar with Citdel .

When I try to up load an image either jpg, png, or any other it tell me.....

Warning: Failed to move file!
Error. Unable to upload file.

I do not understand why.... can anyone help???

It looks like ownership issue and hence the permissions issue.

Review of the following documents could be of help.

Even though the documents are referring to installing extensions, it should be equally applicable for uploading any files.
