how possible? - restrict pdfs in folder to registered users

Joomla 1.5.10
Is this possible? I would like to restrict the contents of one particular folder to registered users. I have a particular web page which has access level as "registered." On this page I have several links to pdfs which are all contained in a single folder. If a user has the url to the pdf rather than clicking on the links through the restricted web page they can bypass having to register. How can I restrict access to these files to registered users?

You need an extension to manage the documents, like DOCman: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... oads/10958

You may want to list the links on the page using a DOCman extension: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... extensions
