Cache problem 1.5

I am updating the website changes are not reflecting. keep on refreshing the page then it reflecting.
I think it is cache problem. To avoid this problem plz give me the suggesion.

I don't have this problem...there is a cache setting at the Global Configuration... I had that enabled.

Do you have the cache plug-in enabled or the global cache setting enabled or both?
