Editor missing when admins pages load

I have been having this issue with multiple Joomla sites that I have built, but the latest one uses hundreds of products so it's not an issue that I can live with any longer.

Essentially if you open an article, or edit an html module, the editor TinyMCE editor does not load. After you refresh the page it loads. The issue is that when the page loads for the first time (with no editor) you cannot click anything. Only a refresh will fix it.

If I disable the editor it's fine, but I need the editor as my clients don't know html!

Any ideas?
