transfer modules from staging site to live site

Hi there

I'm trying to find a streamlined solution to transferring data from a staging site to a live site.

I realize there are tool out there that will transfer the article but I'm trying to find one that will transfer new modules, module/menu item data, menu items and banners.

Does anyone know if such a tool or good pipeline to make this seamless?

A tool or workflow that would solve this would almost half my admin time/tasks.

Check out Akeeba backup. This will do both full site backup or partial backups and transfers.

Hi thanks for the response, but I use akeeba to run backups.

But can that transfer a new module that I install on the staging site over the live site while transferring the SQL tables and rows at the same time?

I don't want to overwrite the whole site, just transfer the new articles and modules
