Need Help! Warning: fopen....

I just recently received this error every time i go to my site: Warning: fopen(/home/content/m/y/j/myjoyfulheart/html/t3-assets/te14gok4jmc2huv3dclhg8ikl0txt) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: File too large in /home/content/m/y/j/myjoyfulheart/html/plugins/system/jat3/jat3/core/head.php on line 324

I am not sure what i need to fix this?

Also, i am on Version 1.7.5

I am new to Joomla. I can't find where it is to update t3 plugin. what is t3 by the way?
