How to set width and height of popup external link

Maybe I'm missing something but how can I change the width and the height of the window of an External Link menu item set to "New Window with/without Browser Navigation"

I would like to make the new window bigger than the standard size. Logical place to set this would be "Parameters - Basic", but that isn't the case.
