Alpha Content Component

Can anybody help?

Have insalled component Alpha Content works fine except for module positions columns left and right do not show when you select the read more link in Alpha Content. If you select module menu assignment to "all" they show, if you select "Select Menu Item(s) from the List" and highlight all module positions do not show. looks like it's something to do with /component/ showing before /content/ if you access article buy other means its fine.
