Deleted a template, now wnt let me Login

Hey people,
I have a problem, i was messing around and i decided to save space on my upload server i would delete a template i wasnt using.
After i did this my site wouldnt load at all.
I then re uploaded that file and it worked again,
But not whn i got to administration and try and login it says error, USer name and password wrong.
I definetly have my username and pasword right,
Any idea? Help would be awsome.

you could try resetting your password via phpmyadmin

-logon to your db via phpmyadmin
-select table your prefix_sessions, usually jos_sessions
-select(edit) you admin
-select(edit) the password, under the value column, enter a new password, replacing the existing md5 password, then select the drop down under function, select MD5
-click Go...

on your browser, clear you cookies
now try to login using the new password
