Doesn't appear "Read more..." link

Hi everyone,

I am using joomla! 1.5 and I simply want to show up the "Read more..." link on those articles which are stored in the Archive. I check menu, global and article parameters configuration, in all place i find the option Read more : show. But it is not appearing. But it shows when i place that same article in the front page. Please reply, if any one similar to this.

In your articles, you've inserted a read more link in the text?

It's only controlled from the menu item that calls this article. Is your Intro Text set to "Show" in the menu settings?
