I'm having trouble linking from my front page to another article. Never had trouble before, always worked in the past. Now, the URL is changing even after I hit update, apply, and save. You can type in the direct address of the article, but it won't work in the link. Help!

What is your site URL? And, which link does not work?

It's decaturdekalbproperties.com. The link to the second address on the page shows the error when you click it. I've tried the address http://decaturdekalbproperties.com/inde ... alley-road but it changes to http://decaturdekalbproperties.com/inde ... alley-road after I save it.

Are you having the SEO settings on? especially, the option Search Engine Friendly URLs. If this option is set to Yes, try setting it to No.

That's it!!! Thank you so very much! I was playing around with that the other week hoping search engines would find the site more easily. I guess I goofed it up by doing that. I really appreciate your help!

If you want to enable SEO settings, review the following documents and set the SEO settings accordingly. You may have to type your site URL in the variable $live_site in the file configuration.php or use the .htaccess file.
