How do i enable visitors to post comment on my page without any registration or signing up?

You will find comment components in joomla extensions. This one might suit you though as no login is required:

Most of the commenting extensions give you the ability to specify who can comment.

And, they allow you to say whether the comments go "live" immediately, or whether they require an administrator to approve them first.

They are pretty flexible, so the answer to your question is "yes."
