Hello All,
I am in the process of building a community website, and am looking for a rough template I could use for the Terms of Service. I know what it should entail for the most part, but there may be the occasional thing that I miss, and having some of the wording already laid out for me would be a bit of a typing break.

Any suggestions?

I would suggest looking at some of the big boys out there and following a little of what they do:

A Google search for "Terms of Service" turns up some good ones:

If there is a site that is similar to yours, that would be another good place to get ideas.

And Wikipedia always has good info:
