hey.

One of my editors is using Safari - he's not able to insert images using the WYSIWYG-Editor (TinyMCE 2.0).
Does someone know it this is a know Problem/Bug and if there is a workaround/fix (except "install FF";-)).

Didn't find anything useful using forum-search....

Some editors may have issues with some browsers. I am not sure if there is any editor which works with all the browsers. I suggest choose a good editor, upload it and make it a default editor in the Global Configuration. After this you can check whether its working on different browsers.

Hans,

I am afraid not. You can either ask the developers or try loading each editor till you get the right one. A warning - each new version of the editor and each new version of the browser may (just may) not work together.

I was using JCE 1.5.2 for a long while and then realised that users on IE couldnt write. :-)
