Title tags not working

Hi there

I'm having a problem with my title tags. I've downloaded sh404SEF which had been working perfectly - I just noticed that the title has now gone back to my url address. It's all fine when I go into meta tags title page.

Does anyone have any clue what could be up?

WARNING: $live_site missing from Joomla configuration.php file! - this message comes up - but I've checked my configuraton.php file and the live_site is there???!!!

It appears that sh404SEF requires that value filled in as it adds that value to the SEF path. The full home url needs to be filled in without the www
