Need to eliminate Read more... text

I need to know how to completely remove the words "Read more..." and still keep the read more functionality. If you look at the site www.vcrescuemission.org/VCRM2011/index.php.en you will see that the banner has the words sticking out. I love the way it works, I just don't want it to say anything. Any ideas??
