Hello,
I am attempting to migrate from PHPcow to Joomla. I have successfully installed Joomla, however, when I log in as the super administrator and attempt to edit the front page, or do most things on the page, "restricted access" shows up on the screen. Could this possibly be a corrupted file in my installation or PHPcow blocking Joomla's access. If this is so, could someone please point me in the right direction in how to fix this without deleting PHPcow (I have 1400 articles I'd like to save from that).

When I go to my logged in page, to verify that I am the super administrator the "logged in as users" table reads "1 admin Super Administrator administrator 0.0 hours ago "

Update: I have wiped my FTP of all folders and files and reinstalled Joomla. I am still getting the error message.

did you succeeded to migrate phpcow to joomla?
