Hi,

I have some problem with the administrator section of my website (www.genetherapynet.com). All parts work fine in the administrator section except when I select Help->System Info. Then I get the following error (link:http://www.genetherapynet.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_admin&task=sysinfo):

===============
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@xxxx and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
===============

This also happens with the Community Builder. All the tabs 'User Management', 'Tab Management', 'Field Management', 'List Management', 'Plugin Management', and 'Tools' work fine, but when I click on 'Configuration'I get the same error (link:http://www.genetherapynet.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=showconfig)

I tried to backup the website and reload it on computer as local host and then the problem is solved. But when I backup the local host and install the webiste again on the server, the problem still occurs.

Server setting:
Apache version 2.2.16
PHP version 5.3.3
MySQL version 5.1.47

I don't know how to solve this problem. Any help is welcome!!

Thanks, Rik

As the message says: Please contact your server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred and what the error is and ask them to have a look. Check your error log.

You can ask your host if they have set phpinfo disabled in the PHP configuration.

Did you resolve this? I get the same with the System Info, and community builder configuration (when it's installed). Error logs seem fruitless, phpinfo isn't disabled. http://www.lethality.me.uk/phpinfo.php

No, still waiting for answer of server administrator. "Glad" to hear that I'm not the only one with this problem.

Seems I've fixed this, not sure exactly what the error is, by the time I got a 90mb apache error log from my server, something else I had tried seemingly worked. I ran easyapache on cpanel, which reinstalls and reconfigures apache/php, notable changes included getting rid of mod_security, although that cant have been the original reason, disabling PDO and SQLite, and PGSQL, I wish I kept a note of the changes so i could know exactly what it was lol.

I contacted my hosting provider, and they said that:

"The problem was in the version of mysqli module", and after it everything was ok.

Cheers
