Trying to log in to administration page and get 401 error

I can't get in the back end of my site www.lifenowministries.com it won't even let me get to the login page just says error 401. Also someone has gotten on my site and added text in korean or something :(

Your site has been hacked. You'll want to visit the Joomla 1.5 security forum (http://forum.joomla.org/viewforum.php?f=432) for help. Start with the sticky messages at the top of the forum and go from there.

You should also consider upgrading your Joomla install. Joomla is already up to version 3, your 1.5 install is quite a bit out of date.
