Cannot add new users in joomla 1.5

Hi there ,
I own a joomla site and recently I have this problem that I can't add any user or author or anything .

I get this error

Fatal error: Class 'JMailHelper' not found in /home/petralwn/public_html/n/libraries/joomla/database/table/user.php on line 156

Any help??
