I really hope someone can help me with this because this is driving me insane. I have some, but not all articles linking to the wrong article.

This article "Building Basics Mentoring Program" which is currently on the front page should link to
http://www.simmerssociety.net/component ... ng-program

but instead the url is

http://www.simmerssociety.net/component ... ng-program

The only difference in the url's is the addition of 23-news after article. I have been able to figure out that the article in the incorrect url "Sims 3 Abstract Paintings" has an id of 23 as does the category News.

SEO Settings
Search Engine Friendly URLs - Yes
Use Apache mod_rewrite - Yes
Add suffix to URLs - No
renamed file to .htaccess
RewriteBase is not commented out

Opening each section and category, removing the alias, and saving fixed the problem.
