How to delete plugin from server

I believe i have one plug in that stop me to access the administrator panel!?
Is there a way to delete it from the hosting server!?

Deleting the plug-in does not help.

You could use the tool such as phpMyAdmin to access the database used for your site. In that database, in the table jos_plugin (where jos_ is the table/db prefix for your site), for the specific plugin, you could make the value of the column published from 1 to 0.

This should disable the plugin.

It's possible to make all the site down if I do something wrong in database!?

Yes, possibly it can...

So, before you do anything in the database, make sure to take a copy of the database content by exporting the content using tools such as phpMyAdmin.

Ok, I believe it not will be so difficult but the tips with backup database is really good!
